with why it takes sooooo long for a story in this fandom to get any attention

was just reading a very old Ram-related story where comments were spaced out two years or more apart, with author replies often appearing just as slow

and it hit me.

this lag will only stop when we get more RAM

(and more Ram-fans, supply & demand keeping each other at a sustainable ratio, of course)

(but not such a Ram-shortage that the fans lose hope and stop even checking!!)
