(I mean “no pants and so tiny I’d have to lose 90% of my weight to fit” has kinda always been standard for women’s costumes in Hollywood? Was this one somehow MORE so?)
One thing I can think of is Cindy Morgan mentioning in the Making Of-documentary that she had people drawing more lines on the suit while she was wearing it, and saying that it was an “interesting experience”. I can imagine that it might be somewhat uncomfortable.

Also, I’ve read that the reason she’s wearing a video-warrior-style helmet on the Solar Sailer was because Cindy Morgan insisted on getting a break from the other headpiece because it had some kind of painful glue holding it on
