My nine-year-old sister is watching Good Omens on my phone and she’s at episode 5 so far.
Her reaction to Aziraphale’s “Perhaps you could tell me while we dance” was, and I quote, “WHAT!?” in this extremely high pitched and shrill voice. It would be nice to note that it is 12am and my mother was not exactly impressed.
She also adopted Crowley as a Turk because she was very amused by his silliness with the fez and I briefly had to explain to her that it’s a hat that Turkish men wore from 1829 to 1925.
Anyway, I’m going to record her reaction to the confession scene in episode 6 lol
How would she react to the thought that they only showed Crowley in a fez because that happened to be the same episode in which they mentioned Doctor Who… a show in which David Tennant has also starred, and which has also involved the main character being silly wearing a fez, and the entire Good Omens show absolutely DELIGHTS in silly little meta references like that

She gasped very loudly as if God, personally, had revealed a life-changing prophecy to her. She was like “WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME SOONER, THAT EXPLAINS SO MUCH!! Because I thought ‘what the fuck, what is he doing’”
Yeah, I feel like she’s going to watch Doctor Who, too, after this. My favorite shows will be her’s too, at this point.
