This has been… a week for sure. I’m not gonna go into it, but safe to say I am very much knackered and spent. However… IT IS WEDNESDAY.
And Wednesday means Tron fic update!
The wounds we carry buried deep inside are the hardest to heal, and the thickest skin the hardest to shed. Sometimes, healing comes at the edge of a knife. Sometimes, to be carved open is a kindness.
That doesn’t mean it won’t hurt.This week’s chapter is the big turnaround for the story. We’re about halfway the fic, and this is where things actually start looking up. They’re at a point where none of them can look away from their wounds anymore, and healing feels, at long last, possible. For all of them.
Still, this is… a Bargaining chapter. But if anything, they are bargaining with Acceptance. “How much change, how much letting go, how much acceptance will it take to make this pain end?”
But that’s not how that works, is it?
