I know it’s that Percy thing, but whenever I see Grover and Ares in the same post my mind goes, “you know what just might make Tron 3 tolerable? An all-Muppet cast”
I’m reminded of the question that’s been going around the internet of “if you could remake any move into a muppet version, and only one character was still a human, which film would you choose, and who would be the human?”
In the original Tron, it would probably have to be Kevin that was the human. Though it would be pretty funny if it was Tron.
In Legacy, I guess it would be Sam. Yes, even Kevin would be a muppet now, after spending an eternity on the Muppet Grid.
For Uprising, I’m thinking Beck would be the only non-muppet. Though again, Tron having that role would also be pretty funny.
And I’d love to see human Query having to interact with an all-muppet cast in Identity.
NGL I would pay theater money to see a Muppet remake of the Tron movies.

Tron/Rinzler fighting by flailing around Kermit-style.
Kermit as Tron/Rinzler/Alan makes more sense than I want to accept (likewise the entire relationship dynamic with the legend that is Lora/Yori/Piggy)
I mean Kermit IS the responsible one who Gets Things Accomplished and rides herd on the crazy ones… unless it’s Piggy coming in with the steel chair to handle what he can’t. Perfect sense. 12/10 casting.
But.. Gonzo or Fozzie as Ram? Hmmmm.
