that said, I really really hope they are masking too
because airborne illness tends to be a bigger problem than illness spread by surface contact
and yet, all my life, I’ve repeatedly seen that the “germaphobes” who are most focused on hand-washing and surface-sterilizing have been the least careful about airborne disease
