Friends don’t let friends read Atlas Shrugged

This is an honest question I have, for those folks that make a big deal about “freedoms,” what do they even think they have the freedom to do? A lot of places, it’s illegal to sleep in public or grow a vegetable garden. “Freedoms” my ass

They certainly don’t consider that the entities who already have the most money and power would clearly have the most ability to use the “freedom”

and would therefore end up, you know… buying most of the land. And most of everything. Including control over the politicians.

Resulting in exactly what libertarians say they don’t want: an oppressive ruling class crushing the freedoms of all the rest of us.

Geez.
