artisanscarecrow:

A black guard is summoned by CLU.
"You sent for me, sir?" he asks.
"Flynn is still out there." CLU answers. "Any news?"ALT
"No new information regarding the whereabouts of Flynn or his son." The black guard reports.
CLU throws his hands over his head and cries out in frustration.
"Flynn is tormenting me with all of this waiting!" He says.ALT
"Is there anything else you require, Lord CLU?" the black guard asks from the background as CLU puts his hands on a desk in the foreground.
"No," CLU sighs. "Get out of my sight, man."ALT
CLU immediately is distressed by his use of the word "man", which is something that Flynn says.ALT

My roommate, in her infinite wisdom, commented a few weeks ago that I had begun to say “man” more often after watching Tron.

Later, while driving home from work, bitterly thinking about her comment, I wondered:

“Does CLU sometimes talk like Flynn by accident and get mad about it?”

And that’s the explanation behind this comic. I hope you enjoy it, man.

Tron lives!
