This is meaning the Voice of the Grid from the Tron Uprising animated show. It doesn’t appear in the original film, and I’m not sure if it’s the same VA who plays the Voice in Legacy.
Voice of the Grid is credited in Uprising, there is a credited “Computer Voice” in Legacy, and none in the original Tron, though the Tron wiki lists the Voice in all 3.
Oh, does it say who the voice actor is?
