Okay I posted this in haste without much thought, but here are some thoughts:

1. Yes, the L-Space accessed via libraries is dangerous, but places without any books are more dangerous and I think the Librarian would agree

2. Safest way to access the L-Space that connects all places with books to each other is:

- Read the books.

- Pattern-recognize.

- Find connections and parallels.

- Write crossovers between the different books

- you are now exploring L-Space by proxy via your characters

- they are definitely in danger but you aren’t. Have fun
