House MD has had a bit of a resurgence in popularity lately.

I wonder how many people know about the real actual French short film It Is Miracul'House.

Basically, it’s about a woman in the hospital demanding to have Dr. House treat her. Naturally, he’s a fictional character even in this universe. However, Stephen Freiss, a French actor who happens to look a lot like Hugh Laurie and the French voice actor for House play themselves as they train to pretend to be Dr. House for this lady.

It’s very good and very funny. I’m sure I have the mp4 on a drive somewhere in my apartment… I’ll try to find it if anyone wants it.

(I just looked up Stephen Freiss because my pattern recognizer brain simply could not accept that there is an actor named “Stephen Freiss” who is somehow associated with Hugh Laurie in people’s minds and this is somehow NOT in ANY WAY connected to Jeeves and Wooster)
