washing machines have Computers in them, therefore they have time difference like the Tron Grid
(being the program that manages a wash cycle is an absolutely awful job, it’s worse than working “in a pocket calculator” like how the MCP threatened Sark. he would have threatened him with a washing machine if he’d thought of it)
No idea how this would work, but the though of Sark being an angry pocket calculator is really really funny.
I have been meaning to get my own pocket calculator for my job, and I’ve considered that I would put a sticker of Sark on it, or attach a Sark keychain to it– little inside joke for me and no one else
He randomly makes “80085”, (upside down) “5318008”, “7734”, or “37047734” appear on the screen. (The last three are “boobies”, “hell”, and “hellhole” if you turn the screen upside down…….we did this a lot in middle school. We’d type out one of these and then turn off the calculator. When the next person turned it on, they’d get a surprise. We thought we were hilarious)
Hah. I imagine “hell” and “hellhole” would be his commentary about living in there… poor guy

I went on eBay and bought a small lot of pre-owned TI basic calculators in good working condition
I will use them for my own purposes, including work
However
I found I had only one Sark sticker, which came in the package of my Lost Tales zine
And it was not just Sark. Tron is on there too
So
I guess this is their Get Along Calculator
They are trapped in there together until they can be nice to each other
gonna be a long road but I feel we can do it ❤️
