ok so my immediate response “jesus after the resurrection” probably makes me sound religious but i think the fact that the disciples explicitly didn’t recognize him until they saw him break bread is some of the best evidence that he didn’t actually resurrect, it was just some other guy who knew that breaking bread was His Thing and that the disciples would probably believe it
…or, yknow, he came back looking different because he was a Time Lord. Probably more evidence for that, if you think about it.
