Except for the life of me I cannot imagine what human behind the scenes would have the opportunity or motivation to be playing that role.

Then again. I have also heard rumors that people working with Musk on software have to literally lock him out of anything that permits him to make lasting changes to the software because otherwise he will just straight up ruin it. So I suppose there might be just enough room behind that curtain for someone Musk doesn’t know about, who is dedicated to harm-reduction on his harm specifically.

Not saying this is true. I have no goddamn idea. But if so, someone’s a legend.
