On MangaDex forums there is a thread named “Scanlation Font Resource”
It has a lot of fonts.
And of course if you want to make your own, Fontstruct makes it surprisingly easy (I’ve made fonts on there for a comic, a conlang, a font specifically for being able to print as tiny as possible and still readable under magnification because i wanna make dollhouse-sized books, and one font that I made solely as a pun)
