Theoretically sort of fem dudes must exist but I’ve never met any
Same. Perhaps the stigma against GNC-ness for guys acts as a kind of inertia you need to be sufficiently faggy with it to overcome/justify the cost of going against? Not to mention if you’re only interested in being a little fem it’s probably much easier to goad you back into line
If you are ready to be fem then you probably not a dude anymore
Hello is me
I mean, Femboys exist
I know one. He’s cute
He’s fem. He’s a boy. I’m all about it
Would you say your friend is a “dude” thought?
Wait is this where I link that one song?
HOW are reinventing sexism op oh my god
My cousin rocked a full beard and a dress at a wedding two years ago, you can be fem and a dude wtf
In Australia and the UK festivals some years ago the very dude-ly dudes were all wearing skirts and dresses. Like long flowy ones. Beards, hairy, very masc dudes. In floral dresses. They were so happy and free. They flounced and swirled and sashayed. Most every group of dudes I know, lowkey longs to wear pretty things sometimes. They’re (mostly) not trans or anything. Just bros completely shut out from the world of soft or pretty things.
Reblog to open the world of soft and pretty things to dudes who are dudes

…Re: this last reblog: I do believe that Lebowski’s “Dude” is a Dude primarily in the old-fashioned sense of the word– the same sense as it’s used in “dude ranches” (ranches for city dwellers to visit on vacation).
Which has less to do with masculinity, and more to do with belonging in a city.
This is backed up by how the character is initially introduced by the cowboy narrator– who not only emphasizes how deeply emblematic of the city of Los Angeles this man is– but also makes sure to state that “Dude” is a title that he (the cowboy) would never want to claim for himself.
