I do like the headcanon possibilities opened up by the appearance of a Program version of the creator of the music score. (With Daft Punk, headcanons have ranged from “music player software” to “Flynn needed help moving the laser into his basement without anyone noticing, and the guys who would have become Daft Punk in this universe were just random stoners at this point and willing to help move a laser for $20 each, and once they saw what it was they asked to try it out, and once inside they didn’t wanna leave”)

that said, my own headcanon is more interested in the Program versions of Wendy Carlos and the London Philharmonic Orchestra that we know must have been somewhere in that Encom computer.
