There’s a chart on the Tron wiki, but it only refers to the Legacy grid. I think the Grid’s time system is pretty consistent– if you accept that the word “cycle” is sometimes used as a shortened form of “microcycle” or “millicycle” and is just meant to be understood from context. (Most evidence points to a cycle being about a year, but programs occasionally say it as if it meant a day or some shorter time, so that’s the rationale.)

The time system in the original Encom computer is less easy to figure out. I have a few conflicting theories. It’s probably complicated a bit by changing clock speed depending on system traffic, and different programs running at different speeds and thus perceiving time differently.
