So during my rewatch i was sort of taking notes and I have “Tron is a tiger in a cage, moody little fella ” as one of them. But no seriously he is.
He gets , almost comedically, bummed about it. He has a right too as it’s a complete injustice but it’s — like crate training your dog.
Ram: if I sit here long enough, I’ll get a treat. Soon I’ll be let out, or break out. Sure is boring here tho :(
Tron: I am living in your walls. I’ll break this thing so help me! I will!*3am zoomies of righteous anger*

Somewhat cracky additional headcanon after reading this :
The main reason Tron and Ram are in the same cell block is because Tron not only had Anger Zoomies, but would occasionally just start yelling. Incoherent, loud, and annoying husky-esque babbles because if I’m having a bad time then so will the rest of you and that is a promise. Ram was the only one he didn’t like disturbing the sleep of, but that didn’t mean much because after that, if they were separated? Nobody’s sleeping, and it’s far worse for the guards than it is their fellow captives. How did Ram get enough leverage to cling to the ceiling? Nobody knows. Least of all Ram. Put him back near Tron and they’ll both calm down. But you have to catch one of them first.
