Official first days of seasons are bullshit

December is a winter month, why the hell is it two-thirds autumn

September is an autumn month why is it mostly summer

March is … well it’s got winter weather usually but that’s just because I’m in Minnesota, it’s supposed to be a fucking spring month, why’s it winter up til the 20th

The only one that actually kinda feels right is summer starting three weeks into June, because June always felt like both a spring and summer month to me

(and while I do not believe or know anything about astrology, I vaguely gather that this is normal because it’s a Gemini)
