it is funny that anyone even thinks I’d be able to play stupid games well enough to win stupid prizes
This is not self-deprecation because i literally do not even like games and don’t see any value in me personally being good at any of them
Which is funny considering I’m here to be an obsessive fan of a fictional world that’s based so intrinsically around games
BUT. you gotta look at games in that world from the viewpoint of the programs
and i think I relate especially well to Tron because of how, prior to meeting Kevin goddamn Flynn, he had only ever experienced games as “the genocidal dictator’s favorite way to torture me”
(and guess what, after he let Kevin goddamn Flynn take over his life, that’s what games became again! That’s what games are always gonna be in that poor guy’s life! Yay games!)
