it is an expression of faith by a Tron program

(programs worship their programmers as gods; their beliefs in many ways resemble ancient Greek religion; ambrosia was the food of the Greek gods)

this is a program rezzed out into the User world, expressing amazement and praise for his deities… upon having his first experience of seeing his in-computer loved ones from the outside, as the programmer sees them

On second thought, considering the smug demeanor of the character in the picture, and the line that seems to suggest the praise is coming from inside the computer…. this could also be the User himself, basking in worship from his Program creations

Alan-1 wouldn’t be caught dead in that hat though, and everyone else in the cast has too much hair to be this guy, so unclear which User he is
