One thing that works pretty well for me is, instead of a crossbody bag, one that hangs from only one shoulder… but then there’s a ribbon or a thinner strap or something, attached to one side of the shoulder strap. it goes around my chest, under my arms, and then clips onto the other side of the shoulder strap. So it stays in place as well as a crossbody bag, but without ever pulling at my neck.
