I better not get caught with my sketchbook out drawing jacquard programs and their circuit patterns at work
lore so far:
she has been rezzed as an Encom program from nothing but the data stored on a set of jacquard loom cards, fed into an emulator that Flynn wrote for the Encom system. The Encom system did the rest of the job bringing her to life and giving her a human form, however the hell it does that
Her disc works like a spool of thread/ribbon. Stores her source code in similar way to a spool of electronic tape. Also useful for fighting if necessary, combining features of combat disc and whip/lasso
She immediately went to work with Yori in the department of simulations and designs and they’re rendering so many cool patterns together
Flynn of course calls them Wire Mommy and Cloth Mommy
