the sort of person who would receive a deserved parking criticism card…. is also exactly the sort of person who’d take the card off their own windshield and stick it onto the car that’s most perfectly parked in the whole lot (on the reasoning that “that’s probably the passive-aggressive dick who put it there in the first place ”)
