I fucking love my bitter pill

Not even hard to swallow

I love to feel infirm and ill

I love to cry and wallow

I fucking love the needle’s pain

No problem with injections

They put endorphins in my brain

And give me hard erections

I love the sting of alcohol

To disinfect my skin

Nothing compares to wounds at all

But salt to rub them in

I fucking love the cleansing stings

The needles and the pills

And all of healthcare’s painful things

Except the fucking bills.
