June 10th, 2026 1:01am (not really) unreality Pathological Lying Pizza i was only ever informally diagnosed with pica by my mom when she saw me eat powdered fruit drink mix moms have no concept of what is normal ok a better name for me would be Impulsivity Pizza I will tell untruths for the bit but I can't commit to the bit for very long because deceiving people feels so bad to me and I am hella impulsive which is how I got this pizza Dermatillomania Pizza also works and gives a painfully graphic image of what my skin looks like
