hey this is more than we get for Tron

(the Tron wiki *only* tries to explain Legacy Grid time and I have to theorize how it works in Encom *myself*)

(neither place actually makes consistent sense but I’m on the verge of deciding Encom programs all just run on different clock speeds and some can’t even interact with each other at all)
