Welll, the only other possibility is that it was named after Ram the computer program, Tron’s cute little cellmate in the original 1982 movie

(who in turn was possibly named after “random access memory” but considering that he was an actuarial program from an insurance company i am more inclined to theorize something like “risk assessment module”)

the orange Lightcycle that causes the bad guy to crash into this wall and make that hole? Is Tron’s bike. Not Ram’s.

So Ram actually has no grounds to have battering rams or “ramming” named after him

(…other than of course being a total open-source lil slut. But that’s more related to “random access,” I imagine)
