so I’ve joked before about post-Legacy Tronzler getting to be an actual security program again

and being “good-cop-bad-cop” in one body

But

since “security monitor that guards connections between computer systems” really doesn’t translate to “cop” exactly…

and since I really prefer for all my program scenarios to not translate exactly, and to have a certain alien, program-style, different-from-human sort of flavor to them…

…I think, the most entertaining way for this cooperation to manifest?

would be for them to be The Guard That Lies and The Guard That Tells The Truth.

and to crash potential intruders with the resultant paradox.

Like so:

“Do you have the security key to access this connection?”

“ummmmm no but I’m totally supposed to be here i promise :) lemme in”

“ok. We just have some questions for you then. This is my colleague Rinzler who always tells lies”

“Hi! And that’s my colleague Tron who always tells the truth”
