I am in a similar position and I don’t exactly love this, but there is something I do find deeply amusing about the scenario of: “Coworker complains to me about another coworker behind her back. The complaints are all about how this coworker… talks about people behind their backs. Now I am going to go laugh about this on Tumblr, behind both their backs”
