The obvious parts stand for Flynn, Lora, Alan
Or is conveniently also an “and/or”– encompassing both Lora and Yori
Same for R, with Roy and Ram.
Tron gets his own letter, separate from his programmer, because he’s just that important
Flynn screwed up by not giving his program a name that his abbreviation can also cover.
He’s the reason that that particular inCLUsion in the polycule changes the ship name to “F/Or/T/R/An and C”
