(i have already given some thought to how the part of my brain that i tend to call “sysadmin braincell” in my internal conversations is probably analogous to the part that just gets called “me” in most people’s internal conversations)

(which fits nicely with 1. my overall identification with the asterisk as a symbol, and 2. the visual similarity of the asterisk and braincell)
