I love phrases like “one of the only”

Also “one of the most” and “one of the first” and “one of the” (pretty much any descriptor)

They mean absolutely nothing unless you specify a number. (The second-shortest guy in a group of six is also “one of the (five) tallest” guys in the group)

but even without a number they give an impression of meaning something. Often a thing not even near the truth

They’re (some of) the greatest weasel words.

Also (some of) the least weasel words.
