Brutal and sadistic as he could be, Sark never really had much of a chance to be his own Program. Try as he might, he could never be as perfect as the MCP wanted him to be. No, he would not deny that the Users exist in a world beyond the virtual, nor was he afraid to dare question the mighty MCP himself. Sark’s is the story of a warrior increasingly disillusioned with the master he is ‘meant’ to serve, cut down before he could ever stand up for himself and find his own filepath in life. Perhaps, in another instance, things could have played out differently…
Happy (belated) Tron Day! Figured it was as good a reason as any to share my (ever a work in progress) Sark playlist, featuring some Sark & MCP angst… and then some decidedly more self-indulgent AU inspo that leans more 'but what if he lived’ and/or Sark/Ed feels.
